HOW OUR OFFICES OPERATE WHILE COVID-19 IS IN THE COMMUNITY

Like most New Zealand businesses, Mason & Mortimer Lawyers want to keep both our staff and our clients safe. In light of the changing COVID restrictions and guidelines, we have updated our internal policies regarding meetings with clients.
Although we have moved into the new traffic light system, we are unable to have in-office meetings with clients for any matters.
We are waiting for direction from the New Zealand Law Society and the Ministry of Justice as to how we should proceed to operate in the traffic light system.
We are able to meet with clients, by appointment only, in the following ways:
- We are offering zoom or facetime meetings if clients have the capability to do so.
- We can meet clients in the park directly adjacent to our Mangere Bridge office, or in the carpark by our Pukekohe office. Meetings will be by appointment only.
Our work ethic and obligations to our clients remain the same, and now that we are operating in a virtual workspace, we aim to do so in our normal productive way.
